Are any of your bars vegan? 

Absolutely! All of our dark chocolates are vegan (made without dairy), and so is our newest flavor, vegan milk chocolate with tiger nut. 

Do you use preservatives?

We do not use preservatives. '57Chocolate is all natural, made from bean to bar with Ghana’s finest organic cocoa beans.

Where are you located?

Our production center is located in East Legon in Accra, Ghana.

What is the best way to store ‘57 Chocolate?

Store the chocolate in a cool, dry place between 12 and 20 degrees centigrade (53.6 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit) in a cool pantry or cupboard. On a very hot day in Accra, an air-conditioned room is desirable. Generally, storing chocolate in the refrigerator changes its appearance and taste. If you must store it in a refrigerator, put the chocolate in an air-tight container (e.g. Tupperware). Do not store your chocolate in the freezer.
